Here’s how a lab grown diamond jewellery brand reached more than 2 lakh people and drove 8% engagement in just 6 months!
The Genesis: 21by72 Event and the Birth of a Partnership! 🤝
In the vibrant landscape of 2023's 21by72 Startup Summit, Spreadd took a leap into the limelight by partnering with Kalamandir, a household name in the jewellery realm. With a mere 94k followers, Kalamandir had a dazzling bash on the horizon: "Saj Dhaj Ke."
With 13+ creators on board, Spreadd sparked a wave of creativity, naturally boosting Kalamandir's follower count to an impressive 100k.

This achievement grabbed attention. - Leading to Spreadd being entrusted with the strategies for their offspring brand, Svaraa.
The Svaraa Saga: Trials, Tribulations, and Triumphs!
Svaraa's objectives were pretty clear! Increase Brand Awareness and Growth on Social Media!
Sure, Svaraa has a strong product line and they had posted content on their socials, but it was as generic as a stale biscuit. While their audience was craving a feast! And that was our challenge. To turn the tables around.
So did we pass the litmus test with flying colours? Stick around for the climax!
Initially, following Kalamandir's footsteps didn't quite click for Svaraa. So we decided to split our campaigns into two which revealed something really crucial!
Svaraa needed its own tailored strategy to tackle its visibility challenges.

When it comes to influencer campaigns, there's no universal playbook. It's more like tailoring a custom suit to fit the customer. The key is delving deep into the brand's essence and designing a strategy that resonates uniquely with them.
So What did we do? 🤔
Our first step was to go down the rabbit hole of RESEARCH. Our goal? To make Svaraa the ultimate lab-grown diamond guru.
And guess what? Two campaigns was all that was needed to change Svaraa’s Digital Swaroop! 🌟
During the teaser phase, our goal was to create intrigue and build anticipation for Svaraa's upcoming Solitaire Utsav. And boy, did we hit the jackpot with the timing – it was Svaraa's first anniversary bash and they had planned a Solitaire Utsav! Talk about a stroke of luck, right? We saw this as our moment to shine and wasted no time crafting our very first digital campaign. Through captivating storytelling and engaging content, we leveraged a mix of influencers from Spreadd’s Creator Platform to generate buzz and increase brand visibility.

Though the teaser campaign wasn't a flawless success, we've gathered invaluable insights to fine-tune our approach for the next round. We pulled up our socks and geared up for the next round.
Solitaire Utsav Campaign - Establishing Brand Identity and Generating Leads 🎯
As the Solitaire Utsav kicked off, our main aim shifted to really honing in on Svaraa's brand vibe and ramping up lead generation.We dove into creating immersive experiences and fun, interactive content to show off Svaraa as the go-to spot for top-notch, customised lab-grown diamond jewellery. We partnered up with influencers who clicked with Svaraa's crowd.
Even with this - we were not getting where we wanted to! The results didn’t seem promising!

Svaraa X Spreadd Solitaire Campaign
After running two parallel campaigns the results we got didn't meet our expectations. Our engagement rate was a complete downer. We did not get the traction we needed and we were still nowhere near to what we wanted to achieve.
Housten! We have a problem!
But we didn’t want to drop the mic just yet! But one thing was sure - We were not going to spend a single dime the next time!
We had a heart to heart with our client and decisions were made. We decided to focus on the creator-centric approach and onboarding creators for a long-term partnership. Our focus this time was on building a robust content library. Our team spent 4 long months grinding away building a collection of content, laying the foundation for future engagement initiatives.
We onboarded multiple creators and used creator-centric content to explore multiple forms of content. We experimented with every form of content in existence: Short Term, Long term, Lives, you name it and finally hit the jackpot after hard work of 5 months. We got our hero content which is currently paving the way for Svaraa’s organic growth.
The climax we promised! 🤩
At present our focus is all about cranking up that brand visibility. We're on a mission to expand Svaraa's reach, grow subscriber base, and amp up engagement with some seriously top-notch organic content on social media.
First up, YouTube. We dialled back on the content and focused on climbing those ranking charts – and guess what? We're crushing it!

Svaraa’s YouTube Channel took a turn and HOW! A campaign or two can get you all the views! And not to mention the subscribers!
Go ahead, type in "government promoting lab-grown diamonds" or "Indian government promoting lab-grown diamonds" on YouTube search and see the magic for yourself.
And the ultimate boss for viral content : Instagram. We are curating stories for reach and reels for engagement. Our aim is to create more engaging, organic and product based content.
